Kieran stepped out into the courtyard, eyeing the sky above with a vapid glare. The sirens blared out their warning. Whether it was poisonous gas emission, deadly heat wave, or a full out eruption, he didn't care. He could handle it. He was born to handle it.

Adrian had heard his older siblings talking in the hall, and he had decided to avoid them completely by going out into the courtyard. He frowned, seeing Kieran walk outside. "You're going out in this," he spoke up, pushing away from the pillar he had been leaning against. He debated whether to go out as well. There wasn't anything for him to do at the Dojo.....well there probably was quite a bit if he bothered to figure out what he was supposed to be doing. Flying away seemed like a better option.

He glanced back at Adrian, his hard expression softening slightly. He'd never admit it, but there was something about Adrian that managed to break down his walls. "Yah. I can fly above it. Or away." He looked out to the peak of the volcano. "Looks like its just a poison gas thing. And with this wind direction, some of the forest will be fine. I think I'll go there."

"Sounds like you want to go off on your own and get away from all this." Adrian came to stand a few feet away from his older brother. He would have gone with Kieran since he was leaving right now, but he understood the need to get away from everyone else at times. He wasn't sure what mood he was in yet. Whether he wanted to get away for a few days or stick around and find someone to annoy.

"Maybe," he said softly. "I'm not sure what I'm trying to run from anymore." He sighed, a hint of exasperation in the urgency of it. "Well, at least being out there helps me clear my head."

Once again Adrain understood. There were moments of frustration when he couldn't pin point such things too. Flying seemed to be the only thing that helped. "Then go clear your head," he shrugged, and sat down on a bench.

He looked back at the Dojo. "Hmph. I think Alice wants to come too." He wasn't entirely sure why, but she did irritate him. Maybe because she had decided to go hide in her room while the rest of the family was forced to deal with things in the open. Yah. Maybe that was it.

Adrian looked up at Kieran with a raised eyebrow. "Leave without her." The answer seemed fairly obvious to him. It was clear he didn't think much of their sister either. "Not your fault she isn't here and ready to go."

Alice headed out after a few seconds, but kept her distance from her brothers, getting a bad vibe from them. She did her best not to be noticed by them.

Adrian glanced in the direction he saw Kieran looking over. He rolled his eyes and lay down on the bench. He could fall asleep there if he blocked out the sirens. "I don't think she will. She's been like this for as long as I can remember."

Alice overheard them but just ignored them for now. Now wasn't the time to get pissed and tear someone's skin off. She just waited for Kieran to lead and so on.

"Well, if you're not going of to fly then you'd better head inside," he said. "Don't want you dying for a silly reason like poison gas." He looked to Alice but said nothing before glancing back to his brother.

Adrian opened his eyes, frowning up at the sky before tilting his head back to look at Kieran. "How nice of you to make sure my death isn't a silly one," he replied calmly as he got off the bench. Glancing from his brother, and back to his sister, his eyes narrowed slightly. "I'll leave you two alone then." Shoving his hands into his pockets, he walked out of the courtyard.
