A cozy diner with a log cabin-like interior and a big old fireplace in the middle of the room. All you can eat buffets and massive meals served daily. Always busy at this place.

When Fino and Deniz finally got to Krysos, Fino's first stop was the local diner. He was starving, and it wouldn't hurt for Deniz to pack on a few pounds either. He stepped inside and interrupted the bubbly waitress' greeting. "Corner booth seat for two people," he said bluntly. She paused, a little taken aback, then led them to a corner booth near the back. Fino sat down and accepted the menu she handed them. "What do you want to drink?" she asked, looking at Deniz first.

Deniz didn't remember if he'd ever been to the downtown or not. He constantly had to remind himself to stop looking around and follow after Fino. Glancing around the diner the followed Fino and sat down opposite him. He looked up at Fino, before looking down at the table. "Water is fine, thank you," he replied quietly.

Fino nodded, "I'll have the same." The waitress left them to look over the menus. "Tell me about yourself," Fino said, though it sounded more like an order. "You're mine now, I guess I better start knowing you."

Deniz looked at Fino, frowning slightly. "What would you like me to tell you?" His past, his skills, what he could turn into....There wee too many possibilities for him just to start talking.

"Anything. Everything. Just bits at a time. Whatever you think is important." He seemed indifferent to Deniz's issue of picking what to say. He glanced briefly up at Deniz from the menu before looking back at it.

Whatever he thought was important? That only added more pressure. What if the things he said weren't important to Fino? Deniz looked down at his hands on his lap. Well....might as well start at the very beginning. 'I was taken to and raised by the SEC since infancy. During my childhood I was often punished for my rebelliousness." He kept his gaze on Fino for the most part, but he continued to glance around. Partly he was uncertain whether or not his master wanted him to look directly at him as he spoke. He wanted to look around since he hadn't been in this sort of setting before. It was nice. "I was kept in solitary confinement for my behaviour. The cages had been much too small even for my size. I was left in them for hours, but it felt like days to me. When I was older I openly blamed the SEC for eliciting my... sometimes extreme dislike of being indoors. I was sent back to the cages and told my dislike was a reaction from my animal forms."

Fino made a small 'hmph' sound, a slight smile lifting one corner of his mouth. "Remind me not to put you in a cage then," he said, his voice rather lighthearted for one who had seemed so grim and hard not a few minutes ago.

Deniz gave a small smile in return. "I will." He frowned slightly, tilting his head. "Did you want to know about my animal forms, or did the manager tell you about them already?" He either thought Fino had already known what his animal forms were, or the manager would have at least told him before he was sold. He wasn't sure if that included knowing which circumstances went together with each form.

He already knew what an ahklut was. "A Wereahklut: dog, orca, dog-orca thing. He didn't tell me if you're Matured or not." He paused as the waitress came up and se their waters on the table. "Have you decided yet?" Fino nodded. "One of your specials for me."

"Wolf not a dog," Deniz corrected quietly. "And I'm not..." He frowned looking up at the waitress. "Nothing for me, thank you." He had just eaten while he had been in North Town. He probably could eat again, but he had been kept on a strict diet there. He assumed the same thing would continue. Being that one of his circumstances was hunger, he was constantly kept on the brink.

Fino raised an eyebrow. "Don't be stupid," he said directly to Deniz. "Eat something." The commanding tone was back in his voice.

The waitress wrote down their orders and left to get them. Fino looked back at Deniz. "I don't know what kind of regimes they had at North Town, but things are different now. You need food, then you eat. You need sleep, you sleep. And so on. Only exceptions are if I tell you not to. Understood?"

"Hunger is one of my circumstances which is why they didn't feed me as much as the others." Deniz nodded anyways. It was going to be odd getting used to eating and sleeping when he needed it.
