Tanri Park is named after the Old Turkish god of thunder and lightning. The Park is a nice place to come, filled with trees and plants and even animals like squirrels and an occasional deer. It's a wildlife park, not really a macho nature preserve, but you can bet there's no hunting allowed here. There's a large playground near the entrance with picnic tables for family outings.
