"Well it's hard to explain. Enethar is actually my satellite... we were fleeing Cinaed, for personal reasons mostly. But truthfully I have no idea what the hell attacked us. It was some some kind of messed up were I think, but it looked at us and called us prey. There were two of them." Alice explained as best as she could. "But I remember one of them jumped me, destroyed by outfit but left no scars. Not sure why." She sighed. "But that's our story."

"Satellite, hmm?" he leaned back in the chair, digesting the information she gave him. One leg crossed over the other, and he looked at her with a very stern glare. "You wouldn't happen to be Alice Draeyva, Princess of Cinaed."

Her face paled. "Wait. How did you know?" She asked alarmed at the response. Alice began to feel incredibly nervous now. Was this guy going to hurt them? She prayed not. "I'm sorry this is so abrupt but I can explain the whole story!" She began to go into panic mode.

She calmed down. "Oh... Ok. Sorry." She laughed awkwardly. "Yeah, there has been a lot of shit going on in Cinaed." Alice sighed, looking a bit glum, looking down at her hands. "This is the only time of calm I've come across since we left, I mean there's still fear. I'm still afraid for Enethar's well being. But for the first time in awhile, it's been pretty calm."

Viggo nodded. "There have been some whispers about things in Cinaed. Royal Family going bonkers. We don't pay much attention to outside antics really, not unless we're somehow involved." Venus came over and set down a plate for Viggo of some salad and sandwiches. "I'm going to the healer's for a bit to check on her friend. I'll be back to get the cookies out. Why don't you get some rest too after you eat?" Viggo just nodded and watched her get her sweater and leave. He sighed and started eating, taking a bite of his sandwich. "You two can rest here as long as you need to. Forever even if you choose. Just pull your own weight and all that stuff when you recover and all."

Alice nodded slowly. "Thank you very much for your hospitality." She said, picking up her tea and taking a sip of it. "I would love to stay here forever, however we need to head to Thuringar. If it weren't for me not watching myself, Enethar wouldn't be in this condition." She sighed sadly. For some reason, Alice felt like it was her fault that she wasn't watching herself and ended up getting poisoned. Enethar had to hurt himself in order to save her life. She took another sip of tea before setting it down.

Viggo brushed it off. "No, it's fine. We try to help anyone in need. We were all lost souls too before till we built this place. Though you've probably been given the dissertation already." He set the sandwich down, chewed, and swallowed. "Now, I know I don't know you very well, but in all honesty, Enethar is your Satellite. If not this, he would have gotten hurt in other things. That's how it works. Satellites maim and bleed and butcher themselves for the sake of their masters."

"I know that's what they do. But he's the only person who actually gives a shit about me. Even if it's really for no reason other than to fulfill his duty." She responded, sighing sadly. "My brothers don't really like me, and my father completely ignored my existence after Mother died." Alice picked up her tea and took another sip afterwards. She then ended up drinking the whole thing and setting it down. She looked down at her hands and said nothing else, thinking about what had happened so far. It was clear from her body language she hadn't had much skill in communication.

He brushed the comment off with a nonchalant wave of his hand. "Don't mention it. I used to suck around people and with my communication too. Venus eventually got me to let loose. It takes time though." He stabbed his salad and put a forkful in his mouth.

"Oh, right," he said, reaching over to grab the tea kettle. He leaned the other way then and poured her a cup of tea, still warm and steaming nicely. Once it was filled up, he set the kettle back down, returning his attention to his salad again.
